Products:
CMC fiber is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose fibre which is a kind of high moisture absorbent medical fibrous material made from cellulosic fiber by carboxymethylation. It has strong hygroscopicity, gelling properties, this fiber can rapidly form gel after absorbing water. The medical dressings made from this raw material can be applied for more wound exudate.
Performance and Application:
The catboxymethyl group is added on the hydroxyl groups of cellulose, which make its structure with strong hydrophilic groups, this is the root of CMC fiber high hygroscopicity. The medical dressing made from CMC fiber has high hygroscopicity, gelling property, gel blocking performance, bacteriostasis, is suitable for more exudate wound, and can rapidly form gel after absorbing the drainage, not touching the wound, and providing moist wound healing environment, accelerating wound healing, the dressing has very good curative effect on the ulcer, such as pressure ulcers, burns.

View DetailsSilicone foam dressing is manufactured with foam, silicone layer, PU film, and isolation film. It was made by adding a soft silicone layer with adhesion and holes on foam dressing. Silicone foam dressing has gentle viscosity and will not adhere to wounds. The hole is convenient for the liquid to pass through, thus maintaining the liquid absorption capacity of foam dressing.
