CMC无纺布是将羧甲基纤维素纤维以非织造工艺制备得到的无纺布产品。非织造布产品柔软疏松，同时又具有一定强度。CMC无纺布经后续分切可以制作成各种尺寸规格的敷料片材用于伤口护理。公司具有小批量研发及大规模生产所需要的各种设备，可根据客户要求生产多种克重和宽幅的卷材，并可根据需要切割成任意规格的片材。
性能与应用:
CMC无纺布原料为羧甲基纤维素纤维，因此其具有高吸湿性、优秀的成胶性。针刺无纺布工艺使纤维结合在一起，从而具有了一定的强度，可以切割成片材用于伤口的护理。无纺布吸收液体后，水分不仅被吸入纤维之间，还会被吸收入纤维内部，纤维膨胀形成凝胶，会限制细菌的活动空间，同时堵塞空隙避免液体扩散，因此产品具有一定抑菌效果及凝胶堵塞效果。CMC无纺布切割得到的医用敷料适用于渗出液较多的伤口，不粘连伤口，并为伤口提供湿润的愈合环境，从而加快伤口的愈合，对溃疡、褥疮、烧伤等具有很好的疗效。
