Melt spinning

Melt spinning are chemical fiber spinning methods which are divided into copolymerization, blend spinning core spinning and composite skin methods. The mainly solution of the method is to heat the polymer melt and squeeze out through the orifice,then cooling and solidifying in the air to form fibers.The polymer used in melt spinning, must be able to melt into a viscous flow and does not occur significant decomposition.Changes of fiber forming polymer mainly through changes in the geometry and physical state.
