Recently, Qingdao Bright Moon Biomedical Materials Co., Ltd. sets up the reading room to enhance corporate culture construction, construct a learning enterprise, enrich the spare-time culture life of staff, improve knowledge reserve and comprehensive quality of staff, and meet the ever-growing demands of staff on spiritual culture.

Now, the reading room is equipped with tables and chairs, there are over 100 volumes of books and specialized magazines concerning enterprise management, marketing, quality management and supervision, production process, equipment maintenance, and R&D, which can meet study needs of staff in different posts.

For controlling management of the reading room, we have appointed a special employee in charge of daily maintenance and worked out a book lending system, and explicitly stipulated the open time, lending method and term. Our staff can borrow books only through simple procedures by rule. In addition, the company will gradually purchase books according to staff’s needs, so as to enrich the book collection of the room.
