Vacuum freeze drying

Vacuum  freeze  drying  is  called  lyophilization  for  short  , which  is  a  drying  technology  to   put  the  wet  material  or  solution  at  low  temperature  (-10℃——-50℃)  under  freezes  into   solid,  and  then  make  the  moisture  without  liquid  directly  sublimate  to  gas  in  the  vacuum  (1.3 —— 13 PA),  which  finally  make  material  dehydrated.

Our  company  has  advanced  vacuum  freeze  drying  equipment,  mainly  for  the  production   of  biomedical  sponge  materials,  which  prepared  with  alginate  has  high  hygroscopicity  and  good  gelling  properties,  the  performance  index  is  excellent,  and  can  carry  a  variety  of   active  ingredients,  extended  its  medical  effect  and  scope  of  application.
